The Source is the new headquarters of Eiffage Benelux, Valens and Eiffage Development in Oudergem.
Project Nekton worked with Eiffage development and SB Experts and on the new headquarters for Eiffage in Oudergem near Brussels.
By integrating smart technologies and open systems, all technical systems in the building can communicate seamlessly with each other and evolve according to the needs of the users.
In this project, comfort and sustainability were very important. That is why we worked with applications and intelligent technologies that can optimally guarantee the well-being and comfort of the users and are energy-efficient.
The systems used, including the Trigrr building management system, use open protocols to fully integrate with all systems in the building, including lighting, HVAC, audiovisual systems and access control.
